Global Antenna Server(GAS) is such kind of big antenna placed in the world wide connected by internet and use commonly(everybody) with your PC project.
Imagine.How wonderful use such kind of big antenna can be used by access the internet if you are amateur radio station or SWL.
Like 80m high 400m long wire antenna placed at non artificial noise area. So,we would like to introduce this GAS project.
Structure of important technical factor is below three point.
At this moment internet is very popular technology since more than ten years. Internet is packet communication by telephone line. This system does not have any long distance send noise caused by digtal. On the other hand little delay time have caused by way of router. But this delay time does not have serious effect.
Streaming was developed send voice or animation by internet on real time.
Software Defined radio has had already since more than ten yeares ago, at this moment This technology is already used in the amateur radio equipment DSP. Receiving analog signal, convert to digital and noise transaction and amplitude. In other case unnecessary used DSP,use way of sound card and restoration of input analog signals. Use software radio’s front end and streaming one of the band (Exp 7MHz 100KHz band width.) You can be see and select from spectra glam indication,exsample 7MHz 100KHz bandwidth in your PC with GAS client.
GAS is structured by several local antenna server(LAS). LAS structure of hardware and software is big antenna(Also possible connected your antenna),AD converter(Software radio) LSA server(Streaming server) and installed GAS client in your PC. Besides several proxy server placed in the world wide for GAS network works smoothly. Proxy server is relayed packet information from the LAS server for reduce load factor. Usually GAS client access to this proxy server.
We already had technology factor for realize this project. But still on armchair theory project.
